Job Description

Job Description
    • To ensure operability of flip units
    • To ensure achievement of output targets of the equipment and yield targets of the products
    • To ensure achievement of unscheduled downtime targets
    • To ensure cycle time targets of the equipment and products
    • To perform maintenance according to maintenance plan on flip units and calibration.
    • To perform analysis of downtime reasons of the equipment, mechanical, electrical and electronic repairing of the equipment. To release equipment according to engineering specification
    • To perform localization of failures on measurement boards, PCBs and repair of boards.
    • To conduct mechanical, electrical alignment of the equipment according to supplier specification
    • To ensure autonomous adaption and extension of circuit diagrams according to engineering specification
    • To be the first contact person regarding appointments with equipment suppliers and regarding questions of the equipment suppliers, monitoring of due dates & technical discussions with supplier and engineering team
    • To develop measures to reduce failures, to improve quality and output and to reduce costs together with the engineering
    • To perform analysis of failures on carriers and their repair. To ensure maintenance of carriers.
    • To be responsible in placing into operation of carriers according to specification
    • To align all changes with lead plant engineering
    • To execute instruction of operators in alignment with production Management
    • To ensure spare parts availability
    • Ability to work in production

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 2 years of project & servicing activities experience
  • At least a Professional Certificate in Electronics or similar field of study preferred
  • Possess strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
  • Able to lead the team to meet the required project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks and timelines
  • Able to perform analysis, repairs on PCB & equipment
  • Ability in using logic and reasoning & accurate to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches on problems & proposal on cost reduction and improvement measures
  • Ability to solve problem using Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., Poka Yoke concept
  • Ability to lead technical discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering team
  • Ability to instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
  • Ability to lead the team to meet the required project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks and timelines
  • Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
