Job Description

  • Job Desk:
  • Membuat data training (Intents/Training Phrases/Responses) untuk chatbot,
  • Melakukan maintenance untuk akurasi/performance dari ChatBot
  • Melakukan training kembali untuk dapat melakukan improvement dari performance chatbot.
  • Requirement:
  • Memiliki pengalaman training Chatbot min. 1 tahun atau memiliki pengalaman sebagai quality assurance atau call center
  • Akan lebih baik jika memiliki sertifikasi NLP
  • Detail oriented and technology savvy

Contract length: 3 months

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Dari Rp4.000.000 per bulan

Pendidikan:

  • D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)

Pengalaman:

  • Call Center/Chatbot/Quality Assurance: 1 tahun (Diwajibkan)

Lisensi/Sertifikasi:

  • Sertifikasi NLP (Diutamakan)
