Responsible for creating ideas, concepts and designs for communication materials in accordance with The Body Shop strategies for long term campaign content, tactical promotion and any creative outputs related to The Body Shop Indonesia (TBSI)
Providing ideas and concept development according to the TBSI brief from other departments
Conduct visual execution based on the ideas into its best quality and maximum result according to the brief
Create quality designs for long term campaign content based on the guidelines provided by TBSI while ensuring alignment with other department’s expectation.
Doing simple production (Shoot/Photo) to support visual/content requirements.
To provide inputs, comments and updates regarding latest news and developments on branding & creative industry
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Thorough capability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite, familiar with Mac OS environment
Experience with social media design, icons, illustrations, motion graphic and video editing.
Strong design thinking and concepting
Aware with environmental issue and applying The Body Shop values in daily life
Highly curious in trying new things, having good initiatives
