Job Purpose

To plan, prepare and execute agreed project sales activities as well building relationship at customer both for new Build and Refurbishment particularly in West Territory (Greater Jakarta, Java (exclude East Java) and Sumatera)

Ensure all activities are in alignment with AN guideline, AN ID objectives, strategies and internal process and deliver achievement of Project sales in customers to support business growth and sustainability (

Key Accountabilities

Customers Management

  • To build and create a Customer specific strategy to ensure effective allocation of resources in achieving the targets and growing the business on the long term through Customers which had HR building
  • Conduct regular meeting at HQ and Field/site operational

Identify New Projects Opportunity

  • Identify, received and understand the sales target number given by him/her from Project Sales Manager
  • Analyze, seek and explore new project opportunity owned by customer in high rise sector based on timing and territory through Project funnel
  • Create action plan and proposal in line with the targets given in regards to new opportunity in high rise sector

Execute Project Sales Activities

  • Ensure his/her team understand and execute the prospecting, hunting, engaging, converting, winning and maintaining projects of particularly territory that assigned
  • Conduct project presentation to new potential project with proper document and process
  • Propose the pricing and discount with considering % of CM projects to Project Sales Manager
  • Provide proper analysis for specific project in order to secure project Win, Generate & Compile report Project tracking status and Project forecast monthly rolling system

Key Activities

Drive Sales Collection

  • Relate with finance department to monitor the account receivable positions
  • Chasing the customers to pay the account receivable in timely manner
  • To brief and to direct the collectors coordinator for collection effectivenes

Organize all required Technical Service needed by Customer

  • Liaise and align with technical department to tackle project complaint
  • Liaise and align with Marketing team for colour preview to help customers in deciding colour used for their Project
  • Liaise and align with Professional Relationship team in building relationship and engagement with Architect of Customers for influence them in the beginning of the Projects

Experience

  • Selling product to Customers with high competition and emphasizing on product quality and services instead of relying on discount and non-compliance business practice
  • Managing customer with # of projects & high expectation in timing deliverable and high expectation in specification (existing and new projects) with multi parties both internal and external (External : Contractor, Applicators company & Distributor - Internal : Finance, Supply, Logistic , Demand Planner, Quality and Marketing team)
  • Deliver volume with margin sufficient & ROS as per company expected
  • Min. 3 years both in Sales area and Projects especially/preferable for building material

  • Functional : Excellent in salesmanship, knowledgeable in Customer Management, knowledge in English & civil engineering would be advantageous and able to do analytical task
  • Personal : Self-starter, Good networking, Good Relationship Collaborative/team building & trusting, High energy & Drive and

Bachelor Degree
