YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and innovative Commercial Lead to drive our sales activities in Indonesia. As a Commercial Lead, you are responsible for managing multiple sales teams in achieving financial targets and development of bulk solvent businesses. You will be reporting directly to the Cluster Commercial Head in Singapore.
Responsible for developing and implementing key sales strategies
Drive accelerated and sustainable growth in line with business strategies and targets.
Develop and broaden strong sales teams across different business units.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business forward.
Ensure execution of commercial excellence and other GTM strategies.
Build a strong positive culture and accountability within the division.
Maintain good relationship with key customers and suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical / Science or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience (min. 3 years in lead/management role) or relevant work experience in a Chemical/Petrochemical company.
Diversified industrial products/manufacturing industry experience will be a bonus.
Good English (Verbal and Written)
Effective communication and presentation skills to all level
