Get to know the Role
Fully responsible for managing GRAB Manado city operation and maintaining P2P on Manado cities.
Managing city operation will be variance, depending on city characteristics and will need managerial skills to manage it.
Fully responsible for managing external teams and other parties such as partners, local governance and local stakeholders.
You will be growing the Grab strong presence in your area
You will maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area
The Day-to-Day Activities
Lead Grab Manado cities operation in growing the overall business and handling day to day operational challenges
Engage government and relevant stakeholders to support the business
Provide hyperlocal strategy and execution to win the heart share of our drivers, partners and users.
Cross-functional collaboration with other stakeholders, to conquer the market with sustainable growth in mind
The Must-Haves
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Willing to stay at Manado
Good in written and spoken English
Excellent data and analytical skills
Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
Excellent government affairs skills
Minimum 3-5 years of primary experience in sales or area management
Proficient in Ms. Office & Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
