Job Description

What you mostly do:
Actively approaching new potential clients to achieve montlhy sales target or proposed for contract renewal to existing tenant

Build and manage strong relationship with account of customers

Deal with client's request and handle their activities

Oversee customer, including creating sales propsal, negotiating contract, agreement to maximum profit and following up on payment

Develop new businesses and create new sales opportunity

Who may have significant advantages for this role:
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Have at least a bachelor degree and 2 years experience in sales or direct marketing

Experience in handling enterprise scale sales

Advanced in English, both verbal and written

Able to work under pressure and good at numbers

Pleasant appearance and great at giving a good impression

Must posess good ability at working in a team
