As our Transport Strategy & Planning Manager (Growth Manager), you’ll take the wheel to drive Gojek’s Transport business especially 4-Wheels in Indonesia. Along with framing business strategy, you will be in charge to build and lead metrics that help govern the efficiency and effectiveness of performance. Working closely with product managers, marketing, research, business intelligence and strategy, you will get to discover root causes and validate solutions through a robust methodology of analytics and experiments. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to impact the business profitability and improvement in Gojek’s customer experiences.



What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of growth related KPIs that lead to revenue and profitability for 4W in ID; define the strategy and roadmap to achieve it by combining multiple initiatives (e.g., content/communication, vouchers/promotion, product changes)
  • Discover growth opportunities in the business by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights
  • Drive the prioritization, strategy, and focus on solutions to solve user problems
  • Validate business strategy and hypotheses through robust experimentation and statistical approach
  • Present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis.

What You Will Need

  • BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of working experience with strong business acumen
  • End to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Clevertap, Tableau, etc.) with good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process
  • Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of the team
  • Experience in a SaaS, marketplace, ride hailing, food delivery or other technology companies is preferred.
