Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Working closely and support the Brand Strategist to execute day to day projects.
2. Develop concept development together with other Indonesia marketing team to drive effective branding strategy for business growth
3. Developing effective and impactful campaigns that relevant to target audience, ensuring the activities are in line with Lazada’s strategic business direction
4. Managing marketing campaign planning and execution by working closely with commercial team, functional team, regional team, media and creative agencies.
5. Assuring marketing and branding initiatives are performed with required quality, within agreed cost & timescales.
6. Monitoring the campaign and acting fast to ensure the campaign target is achieved
7. Managing post campaign reports and brand analytics with actionable recommendations in line with Lazada’s business objectives
8. Understand market research data to identify current branding challenges and potential opportunities in the market
9. Review, supervise and execute media sponsorship accordingly.
10. Project management which include project status reporting, tracking, execution and follow up to ensure projects are produced on time and within budget
11. Partner cross functionally on planning and executing marketing communications and event initiatives to support Lazada’s communications strategies. Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Branding/ Communications field; experience in e-commerce/technology company and advertising agency is a plus point.
3. Understand about consumers insight, current market data and trends and able to advise and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
4. Experience in managing offline and online marketing activities.
5. Mature, meticulous with strong oral as well as written communication and interpersonal skills to work with regional team, commercial team, creative agency, media agency, and other partners.
6. Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage;
7. Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi task, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
8. Agile and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization.
Able to have 6 months period internship.
Manage Vidioâs Account in Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and etc.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
