Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department.
  • Manage the administration of all employment contracts and employee databases.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant HR letters or documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in any field, at least 2 years of working experience in the HR Employee and Industrial Relations field
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to get the job done, eagerness to develop & learn new skills
  • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently
  • Positive & proactive attitude towards work
