Job Description

Assisting and giving direct report to Supply Chain Manager

Handling day-to-day warehouse administration. Including handling complaints and inquiries from branches

Preparing book order based on request sent from branches (use system to manage stock level, delivery, and transport fee)

Checking and updating book stock data (on daily basis)

Transferring data from GForm to DO template

Supporting any BAU process in branches (including update branches database)

Escalating any issues submitted from branches (loss and/or broken books)

Coordinating with courier regarding pick up and shipment process
Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university

Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences, with track record in administration level

Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Flexible with any rapid changes due to dynamic phase

Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
