The Role

We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, driven and people-oriented inside sales rep with a relentless work ethic and a proven track record of pleasing and converting prospects through an established inside sales process. This role is fully remote and conducted via phone, fully remote and email.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of social selling and pipeline-building prospecting experience from both inbound and outbound created opportunities.
Each rep will work with his/her manager to provide our prospects with a positive and helpful evaluation experience.

Responsibilities Include

  • Effectively prospect and qualify inbound MQLs via a well-established sales process
  • Build email sequences and prospect inbound marketing lists generated by the marketing team
  • Full cycle pipeline management. Prospect your own sales pipeline from a combination of inbound sources
  • Carry out in-depth discovery, analysis and demos for prospects during the sales cycle
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support with a challenger sales approach
  • Help prospects understand the competitive advantage and benefits of using Agorapulse
  • Provide timely and effective quotations to your leads
  • Negotiate skillfully where necessary
  • Work with your sales manager to provide up-to-date and timely reporting on your numbers and qualitative feedback that is concise and can be used by the sales, marketing and product teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and refer customers for a continued positive experience
  • Gain and share insight from wins and losses with actionable feedback delivered consistently and regularly to your sales manager
  • Consistently dedicate time to mastering your sales craft
  • Establish yourself as a market and product expert
  • Invest in your competitive intelligence to differentiate Agorapulse and drive conversions

Your profile

  • High level of spoken and written professional English
  • 2+ years SAAS Sales B2B
  • Team player
  • Precise and effective time-management skills
  • Effective listening skills followed up by any required action
  • Skilled verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and colleagues quickly
