About the Role
As Vendor Management Specialist, you will will be responsible for daily operations related to vendors performing work on various projects for Revenue team. You will be focus on provides new vendors, assistance with the vendor registration and enrollment processes, and provides modifications to existing vendor’s information within the internal systems to support Revenue team. In this role, you are also responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation between the company and vendors, and that Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance is met, if applicable. As the point of contact between a business and its vendors, your duties include coordinating vendor payments and maintaining effective communication.
What You Will Do
Source, negotiate, acquire, and manage vendors in order to follow revenue team quality standard in executing business
Liaise with multiple stakeholders in the company to escalate and solve vendor problems
Analyze vendor quality and own projects to maintain vendor quality. Managed all outsourced services, perform regular service review meetings and (KPI) reporting as well as day to day service updates
Drive the contract renewals and support RFPs to select new vendors when applicable, support the project managers with defining business cases for renewal / replacement and support the project approval process
Work with Procurement and key stakeholders to provide expertise and direction on the services to be provided by the external parties
Perform financial analysis on insourcing/outsourcing discussions when needed, manage the financial aspects of the managed services including annual budgeting, invoice checking and signoff, analyse the financial impact of service changes, tracking actuals against budget etc
Drive the tactical and strategic relationships with all managed services providers and act as a single point of contact for escalations.
Drive standardization, automation and consolidation/centralization
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or higher; majoring in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or relevant fields
At least 2 years of work experience, preferably experience in various aspects of vendor management and operations
Strong financial analysis skills, ability to build and support business cases
Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity
Ability to drive changes successfully and to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
Demonstrated skills in developing actionable roadmaps and implementing these efficiently
Very good understanding of key performance indicators relevant for the role
Key experience in vendor SLA’s
Able to work in a team and have a proactive and willing to learn attitude

Currently, our has been hard at work collaborating with SME, Telesales, POI, Customer Success, Regional Operations team on an exciting project that will work to support revenue team.
