Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities
Build strong network to ensure sales performance
Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary
Doing the call the market the product and services available to the customer
Establishing corporate clients database by presenting company profiles to corporate contacts
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma Degree in Any Major
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, preferably in Property & Developer Company
Must have excellent knowledge of property industry
Target oriented and attractive personality
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network
Willing to be placed in Taman Permata Buana, West Jakarta
Take part in local communication actions (events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions, etc);
