Job Description

Summary

  • Responsible to perform General Cashier and Payroll function
  • Responsible for counting remittances on a daily basis
  • Responsible to do coding of Petty cash, preparing manual journal
  • Responsible to perform Payroll calculation, payroll, annual leave, headcount, and Fte journal in accordance to Hotel PnP liaise with HR to obtain all reports for Payroll calculation including reconciling monthly employee income tax, its accrual, and payment of the tax, and annual employee income tax report

Qualifications

  • Indonesian Nationality with a bachelor degree in Hospitality /Finance or from any major
  • Has minimum 2 (two) years experience in a payroll or a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent English communication skills
