Placement : South Jakarta
Working Hour : 9 – 6
Off day : Weekdays (weekend & national holidays will be working days)

Job Qualifications: 1. Male, 20-25 years old 2. Education High School 3. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 4. English langguange 5. Have a strong sense of teamwork 6. High Communication and coordination skill to other parties 7. Work under pressure with careful attention to detail 8. Minimun 2 years of working experience in house keeping Job Duties: 1. Unit check and report daily 2. Inverntory check & fix asset 3. Check in, check out, termination & maintain units 4. Stock maintain 5. Appliance cleaning 6. Coordination with engineering to fix problems 7. Immediate action to complain of tenants
