JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to lead the daily, end-to-end factory operation and ensure all projects are completed to the required standards of quality, timeline and budget
- Able to analyze bottleneck delivery barrier and proposes possible improvements, as well as identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring working performance of all employees and able to provide guidance and support to increase the knowledge and productivity
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 10 year(s) working experiences in Manufacturing Company, especially Textile or Garment Industry
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Excellent technical knowledge on Textile and/or Garment Processing
- Good Problem Solving and Group Decision Making and Good Analytical Skill
- Highly Organized and Motivated Team Leader with a sincere, professional and caring attitude toward others
- Willing to be placement in Cikokol, Tangerang and Salatiga, Jawa Tengah
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Gaji: Dari Rp15.000.000 per bulan
