Job Description

Business Function

DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain budget approval for project implementation and process improvement.
  • Obtain support from related internal and external parties according to project organisation structure.
  • Manage project implementation and process improvement within agreed budget, scope, and time.
  • Manage management reporting and escalation.
  • Manage user testing and sign-off. Manage procedure update.
  • Manage socialization and training to related parties.
  • Ensure compliance to DBSI standard and policy as well as Group standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in Banking industry as IT Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree S1 in Information Technology
  • Excellent in written and verbal Bahasa & English
  • Willing to work overtime during the weekend
  • Having good analytical skill in customers demand and resolution workaround
  • Understand on basic data structure and processing
