Ensure efficient and smooth operation for the airfreight department, both for air export & air import.
Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
Response to RFQ/Rates Request, Procure freight rates, space & services from the most suitable carriers and maintaining professional relationship with all carriers.
Maintain professional & effective business communication with network offices in connection with their inquiries aiming at converting every inquiry into business as well as finding resolutions.
Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
Ensure Timely monthly closing of all airfreight jobs and proper filing.
Managed and build up consolidations sectors/lanes.
Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
Develop more airfreight business
Any other official duties assign by Senior management.

Meet all KPI’s assigned.

Requirements :

Have 6 years experience in Air Freight Operations with minimum 3 years experience in leading team.
Good knowledge in Air export & import process & procedure.
Strong Leadership & Management skills, ability to coach and develop staff.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Able to join as soon as possible.
