Job Description

Activities and Responsibilities
 Has agility to launch and develop sales strategy for Takeda Dengue Vaccine by conducting and executing massive marketing programs and activities in collaboration with respective medical association within the national/ provincial level to increase awareness and acceptance of Takeda dengue vaccine in preventing dengue disease.
 Work closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial effectiveness and key accounts management teams to drive the acceleration of overall commercial performance in private and institution channel
 Strong entrepreneurship skill to identify and validate vaccine market opportunities and needs for Takeda Dengue Vaccine and assist with developing plans to launch, test, and refine new product and service offerings
 Build and develop Takeda Vaccine network with Provincial IDAI,PAPDI, Institution Business, Satgas Imunisasi, UKK Infeksi Tropik, GP vaccinators in respective area

 Attract, develop and retain individuals who will ensure high level of performance for Takeda Dengue Vaccine Indonesia

 Work closely with distributor team to ensure supply, accuracy of forecast in each branches and manage vaccine distribution in timely manner
 Planning use of resources to meet sales targets e.g. budget, human resource planning, product planning
 Overall responsibility on human resources issues of sales forces including recruiting, training & development, and any labor dispute in cooperation with HR Function
 Supporting the Head of Vaccine in formulating mid-term and short-term corporate strategic plans
 Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
 Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and reward reviews
 Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
 Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Job Specification
 Bachelor degree
 Experience in same position minimal 2 years with previous vaccine experience
 Has strong understanding of Vaccine customer and market dynamics
 Highly analytical and strong business sense
 English Fluent
 A business acumen partnered with attention to balancing human relation element and productivity
 Proven record in managing ethical sales team with undisputed sales growths
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
 Diligent and firm with high ethical standards and high sense of integrity
