Job Description

Manages data feeds, analysis, report writing and dashboard creation for various division/department areas and identifies data trends and opportunities for improvement

Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.

Understands and translates customer requirements for reporting and other data-related requests and recommends data and analytics reporting solutions to support decision-making

Designs data reports and dashboards based on various user requirements

Reviews existing reporting infrastructure, tools and standards and recommends improvements

Effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments.

Trains and mentors report developer/analysts on reporting and analytics tools and practices

Troubleshoots reporting issues and system failures and promptly implements and documents corrective actions
Min. bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

2+ years of experience with an expert in PowerBI and or other visualization/dashboards tools

Experience handling large data sets in Visualization tools

Experience gathering requirements from business users and using feedback to iterate and improve upon products

Strong and organize in visualization skills and design

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proven experience managing geographically diverse teams and/or teams in a matrix organization
