Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding).
  • Assist local ops team to acquire offline merchants in places such as wholesale markets, malls, manufacturing bases.
  • Assist offline team leader to track acquisition progress, provide feedback and drive improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
  • Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features.
  • Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Actively enrolled university student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, feel comfortable reaching out to new people.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
  • Interested in the e-commerce industry and adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
  • English proficiency is a must.
