Job Description

As Senior Product Designer, you will contribute in enhancing products across various verticals and create tailor-made experiences for specific shopper needs. You will be working with an international team and create products that will be used regionally.

  • Design unique design & experiences that connect users from inspiration to action, while taking into account specific user needs and the company's design language
  • Conduct and/or analyze user research data and integrate them with business requirements to create product updates
  • Collaborate with peer Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers throughout the design process

The Successful Applicant

To be the Senior Product Designer, you must have experience in the end-to-end product design process and improving the overall design process for products.

  • A portfolio of design projects that shows outstanding product design skills for web and mobile platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc), and familiarity with working with engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (e.g., Android and iOS).
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas, goals and problems in an accessible way for people unfamiliar with the project.
  • Experience leading complex user and metrics inspired projects for e-commerce is a huge plus.
