A training center in Tejakula (Buleleng), Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Center Manager (Full-time)
*
Responsibilities:

Directly assisting the Project Supervisor, and in coordination with the Project Supervisor, Operations Consultant, Academic Director and HR and Relationship Director to formulate standard operational procedures (SOP), company regulations, and develop implementation strategy for the company
Be responsible for the Company budget, solvency and legality of the company under Indonesian law
Manage all operational activities of the company including staffing, facilities, and coordination with suppliers and vendors
Socialize the Center to the general public and potential donors.
Help to create a solid curriculum, incorporating Living Values Education into all aspects of the curriculum
Liaise with all relevant agencies (government and private) and community leaders to ensure that the project runs smoothly and in accordance with local adat and administrative law
Create and implement new impact and revenue-generating projects that are in line with the company's mission and vision
Willingness to integrate Living Values Education into all aspects of the Center

Requirements:

Indonesian Citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
At least bachelor degree and proven five years experience as Vocational Training Center director or the equivalent
Experience with foreign clients, co-workers and management
Experience in Community based projects would be a plus
Excellent communication in Indonesian and Balinese language
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office; database and accounting programs; internet and website)
Willing to live in East Buleleng
Willing to undergo Living Values Education training
