The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Retail Operations Readiness Center
We design and provide operation support for retail products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Responsible for overall project process that impacted to retail operations, especially related to Customer onboarding, Digital Servicing (i.e. RIMS, My Wealth Planner, Portfolio Advisory, etc)
As SME (Subject Matter Expert) to advise and build business requirement document assigned
Evaluation and build operational business processes and Target Operating Model
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Cross-departmental communication and coordinate with users in Retail Operations, Business Users and technical groups regarding applications, application development solutions, determining system requirements and system modifications.
Represent RORC (Retail Operations Readiness Center) Department in a meeting with other parties including regulators related to projects or system overview
Build and Prepare presentation materials and schedule presentations to the IT Committee, Project Working Committee and/or Project Steering Committee
Min 8 years proven experience as IT project manager or other project managerial position, preferably related to unsecured/card projects
Excellent communication skill
Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
Familiar with Core Banking Systems, Wealth Systems and surrounding applications
Strong leadership skill
Proficient in English both written and verbal
Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)
