BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTION (DBS) – INTERN

GRADE: Intern

FUNCTION: Services

SUB FUNCTION: Simplification and Automation

LOCATION: Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a variety stakeholder at all levels.

Reports to: DBS Area Service Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support DBS – Service Team to develop and implement Automation tools
Demonstrate attitude and capability aligned to BAT Ethos: Fast and Diversity
Responsible for the drive and implementation of assigned automation initiatives using available platform and exploring possible new platform
Responsible to conduct training to SME or CDP member on the agreed tools

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) from Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information System major
Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
