As a digital product owner / product manager, this person is working together with Chief Agency Distribution Officers and business users to assist on for the road map and day to day activities related the managed and owned assets.
On day to day, this position will lead the team to continuously seek for the area of improvement to increase the effectiveness and usage of existing platform, continuously listening to the users and other stakeholders to propose any improvement required. bridging end user needs and requirements for IT application solution and services. Help the user to manage, prioritize and determine the strategy of IT application solution and support which will bring the best benefit for the business.
Also, manage new digitalization initiatives as project owner working with a sponsor to ensure the effective and efficient digitalization / digital transformation project within AIA Indonesia agency forces.
Lead The Digitalization Strategy (40%) Own the overall digital transformation strategy for Agency Distribution to drive the significant impact to the business outcome through digital solutions, either in form of projects or enhancements. In addition, this role also requires proper alignment with AIA Group stakeholders, including Group Agency Distribution and Group Information Technology and local management up to AIA Indonesia CEO. Digital Project Management (30%) Pre-Project
Lead the overall project initiation with a project manager
Supporting the definition of medium to large project Business Cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones)
Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities.
Project Management
Providing effective management support to project teams on medium to large sized projects
Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables
Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored
Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to the Project Board and all stakeholders
Co-coordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives. Managing project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project
Monitoring projects against time, budget and quality standards.
Post-Project
Identifying the location of support to resolve technical issues, effecting the transition into support, and formally closing off the project
Conducting or contributing to post implementation reviews and identifying any lessons learned
Feeding carry-forward items back into the program plan
Digital Product Owner / Manager and Business Analysis (30%) To control, organize, and monitor application / digital solutions within agency, in order to ensure usability and availability of systems/ application to support the achievement of business goals
To lead and provide necessary support when problem occurs, and coordinate with IT Division depending on the problems’ severity.
To analyze possibility for system enhancement and optimization to ease, automate or improve related business process.
Initiate, manage and plan for future potential area of improvement, taking account of technological advancements, business impact and user feedbacks.
Ensure all application effective utilization, work together with training and agency marketing / communication team to communicate with the users on application usability and benefits to the business.
