CWM Core Maintenance Lead

Role and responsibilities:

Manage day to day operational of core maintenance team activity (troubleshooting), especially at Silo, Corn Wet Milling Plant, and Co-Product Warehouse.
Close collaboration with other function (production, utility, QA and other) to ensure our Plant running smoothly and manage emergency downtime (EDT) below the target based on KPI

Qualifications & Competencies:

D3/S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, understanding electrical and instrumentation is advantage
5 years experience in manufacturing Industry, preferred food and feed Industry
Fluent in English, result driven, strong integrity, innovative, quality focused and visionary
Familiar with safety and food safety standard
Having experience about continuous improvement (TPM or LSS)
