Job Description

  • Handling complaint & permintaan Nasabah yang disamapikan melalui jalur VIP
  • PIC dalam memberikan penjelasan/klarifikasi pengaduan Nasabah kepada Regulator
  • PIC proses mediasi melalui LAPS, BPKN
  • Mengkoodinasikan penyelesaian pengaduan dengan unit-unit yang terkait (BU, Legal, Compliance, Collection, dll)

  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 2 tahun pengalaman di service
  • Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi dan koordinasi
  • Kemampuan menganalisa permasalahan dan problem solver
