As a Research Manager for our Ads & Promo team, you’ll take the wheel in overseeing research projects that are related to products and marketing strategy in ads and promo platform products. Along with creating a robust research plan, you will be in charge of employing both qualitative, quantitative, and analytical research activities. Working alongside a broader team of product managers, marketing teams, and designers of Ads & Promo group, your knowledge will help us to evaluate our initiatives and understand the merchants, brands, and advertisers who are our main target market.

About the Team
Ads & Promo Research team is a 3-member research team that is a part of the Merchant research group based in Indonesia. The team also heavily coordinates with stakeholders based in Indonesia, India, and Singapore. We are committed to aiding in the research development and execution to help the product deliver an impactful value contribution to the company and the best product experience for brands and advertisers within the Gojek ecosystem. Our approach combines strong research technical skills, deep domain expertise on tech products, and analytical thinking. As a multidisciplinary team, we are working to deliver insights and recommendations byways of merging qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and business research.
Outside of work, you’d find us doing various different things. We are made up of tree huggers, shower singers, Kdrama binge-watchers, and drawing games enthusiasts. With WFH becoming more normalized, you best believe we’ve been sharing our favorite ways to prioritize a healthy work-life balance at home.
