Handle end to end proses Assessment Center

In charge of taking care of the AC flow (SLA)

Ensuring deliver product goes smoothly

Coordinate assessors involved in the project

Technical Support

Operational Excellence

Serve as Talentytica admin for clients

Standby to handle issues from assessors or admin clients

Business Analyst

Inquiring to learn more about client requirements and expectation

Forward clients' hail inquiry to Talentlytica product team

Ensure product result matches clients' needs

Product Manager

Development product Assessment Center

Sales

Obtaining clients to us our Product Assessment Center

Assessor

Act as an assessor (when needed)
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Master Degree in Psychology preferred

Preferably have an active professional practice license (or active membership of HIMPSI)

Minimum 3 years experience as an assessor, preferably having an active assessor competency certification

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Assessment Center (Practical) Knowledge

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

HR & Management experience is preferred
