Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to take leadership roles for the sales to deliver committed sales targets.
  • Accountable to implement / complete goals developed by sales teams.
  • Plan for new product developments / launching based on the analysis of competitive condition / market environment / customer requirements.
  • Responsible to plan for short term / long term strategic planning and to implement working together with the Managing Director.
  • Develop people reporting to the incumbent along with Direct/Supervise their daily sales activities.
  • Accountable to control budget / expense for the responsible teams / activities.
  • Accountable to collect payment from the customers.
  • Responsible for planning / monitoring inventory and to help Sourcing control order / stock control.
  • Be a resource of Managing Director.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Working for at least 10 to 12 years in a reputable MNC; similar role for 5-8 years is a MUST
  • MBA holder graduated from a renowned Institute
  • Possess strong business acumen and has entrepreneur spirit
  • Strong Influencing & relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and people management skills
  • Strong in execution with strategic thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The expectation of a ‘hands on’ approach combined with a strategic outlook
  • There is a need to integrate the Company’s practices within a more globally driven environment
  • Growth will bring a need to manage resistance to change. The provision of support to a management population, many of whom are relatively new to management and who have development needs.
  • English written and conversational are a must to have.
