You will be part of service team in Asia region dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.
Provides services & customer support during onsite assigned roster.
Manages all on site installation, commissioning, configuring, calibrating, repair, maintenance and test tasks, typically of a more complex nature
Identifies and corrects more complex problems associated with start-up
Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
Resolves/troubleshoots implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
Conduct regular evaluation of site equipment and processed to determine the need for maintenance requirement
Troubleshooting of operations maintenance problem of equipment to ensure continuous functionality
Conduct of periodic maintenance checks, may determine when products should be upgraded or replaced
Possesses a Vocational or Technical Education up to Bachelor degree in Engineering or related or with 3 - 5 years experience on mining/service industry, preferred
Proficient of using MS Office Applications.
Must be able to work onsite following customer roster
Must be able to travel to Mine site (Batu Haiju, Martabe in Sumatra, Grasberg Complex) or remote areas
Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools.
Works under pressure and limited supervision for routine situations
Good oral and communication skills
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
