Responsible for assists engineers/planners in new Products assy loading requirement and execution to support business needs.
The General Responsibilities of The Position Are the Following:
New Generation Product Development, responsible to help NPM Engineers for new product startup.
Monitor and maintain NPI WIP from assembly start to end and ensure lots are moved according to the cycle time KPI (daily lot monitoring).
Work together with the NPM Engineers run DOE or any data collections.
Assisting NPM Engineers to handle completed lots or material shipment from time to time.
Assisting NPM Engineers for material management (DM/IDM Registration, substrates registration, material issuance), CEDAR, ATIR, OSIR, BEGCP, ARIBA registration and MAM flow setup.
Assisting NPM Engineers in yield improvement and work closely with various Engineering Groups (CEM,PIE) in resolving process/defects/cycle time related issues.
To assist NPM Engineers for any adhoc/urgent activities from time to time.
Ensure compliance to all Micron safety requirements.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Experience in machine or equipment assembly/ testing and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability of technical report writing will be an added advantage
