Job Description

Managing Export and Import Consolidation, Administration and Documentation (by Sea & Air)

Ensuring good coordination and communication with customer / Forwarder / Agent Overseas and amongst the team

Maintain service to customer

Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures

Check schedule vessel / flight and informed to customer and or agent overseas

Prepare shipping, LCL, FCL and inland trucking documentation

Co-ordinate with inland trucking, domestic, import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation

Send pre-notice to customer (consignee)

Control trucking to get in CY (if any)

Issue invoice to customer and copy to finance

Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files, issuance of credit notes etc.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field

English fluency is a must

Age preference within 24-30 years old

Background 2 years minimum of working experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Logistic Field

Good communication skill, Orientation to details, Customer Focus, Strive for continues improvement

Knowledge and exposure to Custom
