Our client is a leading FMCG company expanding to Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Due to business expansion needs, they now have a new position as Country Manager – Based in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the strategic sales management of the company’s private label products
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain management team, e-commerce operations team, contents production team, customer service team, etc.
  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned
  • Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Track & report activities of competitors
  • Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters
  • Managing the entire sales cycle through to successful closure.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.

Requirements:
  • At least a Good university degree;
  • More than 12 years of work experience in the modern trade or Area Sales Manager for beauty and skincare products in Indonesia
  • Good communication skills and good interpersonal relationships
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have a strong advantage
