Job Description

Lead and train team to have a QA mindset and how to grow as a QA

Participate in the design, development, documentation, analysis and testing stage of assigned projects

Improve quality of delivery by defining and performing test strategy before production release

Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process (checking on UI and checking the database)

Follow up the findings of defect to the developer, and retest after developer fix it

Follow up the testing problem to the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and whole team

Increase automation scope of regression & load test

Ensure Migration Plan Document is complete and appropriate

Maintain quality by reducing number of major bugs found in production

Ensure Automation UI testing can be run in VM

Create Automation UI Summary Report

Work as part of the team to develop processes for effective monitoring and reporting of automation test cycle results
Bachelor's Degree from Information Technology or System Information major

At least 6 years of working experience in IT software development and minimum 4 years experience in software testing - Quality Assurance (Tester)

Required Skill(s): Katalon, Selenium, Appium

Integration Test Automation

Solid knowledge of QA testing techniques to determine appropriate number of test iterations and applying risk-based testing concepts

Ability to handle a fast-paced development environment while maintaining the highest quality standards

Must be an excellent troubleshooter for resolving issues

Possess quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail

Working knowledge of relational databases to review test results. SQL Server experience will be advantageous

Experienced in any automation tools – building and development (like QTP, Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, JMeter, etc)

Familiar with Web Server Administration (Apache, Nginx, Etc)

Any Scripting language – ant, javascript.

Have a very good understanding of how to use Git Repository and Command

Exposed in contributing to the quality strategy of the products is a plus

Able to work effectively and professionally in team as well as independently

Has good motivation to learn new skills/technologies, excellent problem-solving, fast-learner, resourceful, committed, hard-worker, and self-motivated
