Job Summary
The Provisioning Team Lead is responsible for managing provisioning activities. Your success will depend on your integrity, knowledge, and skills in managing production activities related to provisioning Migo Download Station (MDS), maintaining production line and manpower capacity, maintaining and executing all provisioning work orders, managing ticket/task distribution, coordinating with supporting the team in terms of product and system, and supporting key projects and initiatives in the team. You will be a key player for Migo's growth in Tangerang through managing the provisioning activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with support functions (product, quality, OSS) for any required supports to improve production/provisioning performance, including but not limited to production planning, kaizen project, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate proactively with support functions to maintain production procedures and team activities
    • Report and monitor production line KPIs to ensure targets are achieved through operations meetings, both with Indonesia and the global team
    • Fulfill Migo’s required quality and productivity standards to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Conduct daily production brief (stand-up meeting)
    • Drive performance of team members/technicians
    • Ensure safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures
    • Promote 5S procedures to ensure production efficiencies and excellent housekeeping
    • Conduct training for technicians for both knowledge refreshment and improvement
    • Supervise and control resources effectively to maximize productivity and quality level
    • Execute and monitor work orders progress and completion to achieve production plan
    • Comply with HSE and company standard policies/procedures
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support in the execution of various projects and initiatives, as delegated by the Service Center Manager.

Qualifications

    • Accomplished bachelor degree with at least five (5) years of practical experience in manufacturing
    • Familiar with and active user of 5S principles
    • Experience with maintaining production resource
    • Experience with managing production line facilities
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented and process-focused
    • Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
    • Capable of communicating with stakeholders of different backgrounds
    • Possess ability to lead by example and motivate team members
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Open-minded and adaptable for any changes required from business
