1. Assist in the preparation and lodgement of local tax filings, including VAT(Value Added Tax) returns, tax invoice issuance, withholding tax returns, corporate tax returns and other tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations;
2. Assist in maintaining tax documents;
3. Provide support to accounting team for tax related entries and reconciliation;
4. Respond to internal and external tax inquires, and assist business partners with tax issues in a timely manner;
5. Monitor, analyze and propose precautionary steps for newly enacted tax legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that could impact company operations and financial positions;
6. Provide support for ad hoc tax matters, i.e. tax and business projects.
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration, preferably with Brevet A&B certificate
2. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting firm (preferably big4) and commercial industry (service, manufacturing , or e-commerce);
3. Excellent knowledge of local tax regulation;
4. Experienced in doing reconciliation between accounting and VAT/WHT/CIT returns;
5. Have good work ethics, good analytical skills & pro-active in a demanding situation;
6. Effective oral and written communication skills;
7. Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
9. Knowledge of the Chinese language is an advantage.
