As Cost Controller you will be responsible to carry out a detailed check on all daily food & beverages purchase cost, and prices of other operating supply for the Hotel. You also responsible to ensure to check the recipe for food costing and control. To monitor and control over the recording of all goods purchased and the preparation of Monthly Cost Control Report and related reports.
