Job Description:

  • Generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from the creative group lead and/or other departments.
  • Generate (by line, integrated) ideas and execute those ideas through great visual output
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and its application to creative
  • Work with other creative and brand teams on concept development for ongoing and seasonal campaigns
  • Effectively plan and accurately execute approved creative ideas
  • Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required standards and timelines
  • Ensure creative hygiene of creative work eg fonts, sizes, reproduction, finishing
  • Willing to take part in video/photoshoot session

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the advertising or design industry
  • Able to work independently as well as teamwork with partners
  • Excellent visual crafting skills using Adobe & Affinity Design
  • Excellent presentation & public speaking skills
  • Having interest (and good taste) in art is a nice addition
  • Consistently challenges oneself for breakthrough thinking
  • Constantly strives to do things differently
  • Uses the systems and networks within the organization to leverage the existing knowledge base
  • Excellent in accuracy & great attention to detail
  • Understand the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
