Studio 1212 is looking for a passionate Senior Account Executive to join our Account Team to manage our variety of national and international, high-profile clients.
Senior Account Executive mainly leads the day-to-day liaison between Studio 1212 and clients, overviewing the project management, highly involved in influencer management. Senior Account Executive will directly report to the assigned Senior Account Manager and Managing Director.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Assisting Senior Account Manager /Account Manager in supervising Account Executive/interns in day-to-day liaison with client/any third parties (if required).
– Lead AE in gaining insights for every action plan.
– Responsible for developing third party budgets (non-hourly based), production / execution timeline, and ensuring if any legal documents are secured, approved by the Managing Director.
– Assisting Account Manager & Managing Director in client farming, and new business pitch, especially in insights gaining.
– Establishing relations with clients.
– Evaluating team performance and personal (AE, interns) in every 3 months (if required and asked by AM/MD).
Requirements:
– Have a background in working at an advertising / public relations / digital agency as Account Executive
– Have a minimum 2 years of experience in this field
– An active social media content consumer and have a great understanding regarding social media / digital trends.
– Experience in creating reports & analysis
– Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including Public Speaking.
– Experience in developing proposal (budgeting and creative / strategic presentation)
– Strong personal time-management skills
– Comfortable working in a team and independently
– Comfortable in leading a team
– Knowledge of current lifestyle & sports trends is a big plus!
– Bachelor degree in communication, marketing, or business.
