Job Description

A company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Admin (Part-Time, SALARY IDR 2,500,000)

Responsibilities:

  • Create e-flyers, update Instagram stories and feeds for advertising events
  • Send and follow up emails to the event attendees
  • Monitor messages received through facebook messenger
  • Create a summary of, and update the database for Mailchimp
  • Create and send daily reports
  • Update social media with new artwork for the following week
  • Foster social outreach and information that relates to the company
  • Develop with ideas and follow given instructions
  • Build a social media presence and brand awareness by maintaining a solid online presence
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as social media, admin or related position
  • Knowledge about Mailchimp is desirable
  • Experience in using Canva
  • Familiar with social media such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Organised and easy to work with
  • Ability to follow instructions and a checklist
  • Ability to independently come up with ideas
  • Social media content creation and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
