Role Summary :

Handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries from multiple channels in an accurate, professional and timely matter. Provide high customer quality standards and, enable effective accounts receivable collection.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Resolve incoming billing and receivable queries from customers and maintain consistent and high quality service standard
  • Work closely with Billing Team and Credit Control & Collection Team as well as cross functional teams to ensure proper handling of queries
  • Manage customer escalation and complaints and take charge of resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis on repetitive billing errors and ensure structural resolution
  • Assist in preparing performance statistical reports
  • Make outbound calls to customers for opinions on service improvement
  • Provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards
  • Promptly and accurately log queries in ERP system
  • Actively promote self service functionalities and ensure customer query is addressed structurally so that it does not re-occur

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or other degree with relevant experience.
  • High customer focus and service orientation
  • Good communication and conversational skills
  • Customer handling skills
  • Good telephone handling skills.
  • Technical Skills (Computerised account receivable systems)
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Product & tariff knowledge (DHLI, Domestic Service, Danzas).
  • Knowledge in both billing & credit policy.
  • Knowledge in shipment flow (including tracing records).
