Job Description

Senior UX writer’s main responsibility is to communicate story, concept, and direction in a clear and compelling manner through writing.They are expected to possess a strong human-centered design paradigm and very collaborative in nature.

Propose a concise and easy to understand copy, mainly for product team, secondarily for marketing/ content team

Collaborate with UX designer and UX illustrator to define labels, contents, and visuals that enable clear communications.

Test and validate the most effective copy for strategic projects by collaborating with UX researchers.

Ensure clarity of user problems and business objectives for every design project.

Get user insights from UX stakeholders to inform copy decisions.

Regularly audit every copy within Kitabisa products and spot areas for improvement.

Iterate copy based on feedback or self-audit.

This position for New Syariah insurtech product
Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a UX writer.

Strong proficiency in writing field, including but not limited to using punctuation, words choice, and concise writing.

Excellent skills in grammar and effective writing.

Possess a strong communication and collaboration skills.

Able to articulate reasoning behind every copy decisions.

Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
