Job Description

  • Create & deliver commercial, customer-facing, and financially viable product ranges across the responsible business unit (Beauty, Health & Wellness).
  • Use the commercial approach to manage the critical path from concept to buying, react to market changes and challenges.
  • Manage the merchandise execution and ensure the implementation aligns with strategy.
  • Develop cosmetic business by finding potential brands to be business partner.
  • Leading and manage the team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business or equivalent
  • Min. 5 Years working experience in merchandising or category management
  • Strong leadership, strong business acumen and team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
