Conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for Categories (FMCG, Fashion and Moslem, Mom and Baby, Beauty, etc)
Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment for big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns
Conduct primary/secondary research and competitor analyses to understand and monitor evolving user needs and business opportunities
Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
3-8 years of work experience either in relevant FMCG industries/companies, management consulting, internet or ecommerce marketing, or has passion in the e-commerce marketing
Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record
Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
A good degree from recognised university
Driven and motivated
Excellent communication capability in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
