Job Description

  • Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional contact center
  • Melakukan pengecekan attendance dan adherence setiap agent email
  • Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan email
  • Membaca & menginterpretasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval
  • Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily

1. Min D3, all majors.

2. Maximum age is 35 years.

3. Min experience as a RTFM call center for 1 year.

4. Having good communication and interpersonal.

5. Background Banking and Call Centers are preferred.

6. Can operate Ms. Office especially Ms. Excell.
