Requirements

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from Hospitality, Tourism, and any related major
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience
    • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
    • Able to work independently or team, manage multiple and often conflicting priorities
    • Basic office management skills
    • Consistent, professional dress, and manner
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively

Job Descriptions

    • Build relationships with vendors
    • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
    • Carry out an inventory of company assets
    • Monitor office supplies and manages cost-effective suppliers
    • Receive and route incoming and outgoing mail, package, or telephone calls
    • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
    • Responsible for handling office needs
