About the Role

As our Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of Gojek that’s in charge of finding the best talents in the world to join our family. Specifically, you’ll lead the teams and recruiting strategy for our Business Solutions and Merchant Platform streams. You'll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire, act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, and ensure the team is working efficiently to drive our Business solutions and Merchant services to more corners of the globe.
What You Will Do
Support the volume hiring in the Business Solutions team as an individual contributor
Support, influence, and debrief hiring team on all decisions regarding candidate assessments
Independently manage reporting and run status update meetings
Understand how the team fits within Gojek's broader business goals; using your strong understanding of industry trends and market awareness, identify organizational issues and how they’ll impact recruiting efforts
Effectively pitch and answer questions about the internal organization structure to candidates, and relay the candidate's expectations and take corrective actions with business leaders
What You Will Need
At least 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably volume hiring
Strong stakeholder management skills in order to work well and build rapport with various stakeholders, supporting the different demands of the business
An understanding of industry trends; demonstrable market awareness with the ability to navigate ambiguity when dealing with minimal information
Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
An understanding of talent distribution and its various strategies to ensure a strong pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency

Our Talent Acquisition team is a big family of over 50 recruiters stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale Gojek. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology. Working closely with the Employer Branding team, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional interview experience for all of our candidates.
